I think what he's saying is that the games are included, but they're not on that list because he simply pulled it from Nintendo's website (instead of typing it out himself) and didn't realize they were omitted?
I decided to ask him again, this time more clearly, and calling his listing false advertisement. He's since changed his listing, yet defended himself anyway in his reply to me:
Quote:
The Title matches the Official Nintendo's List of Licensed games. If you read below my description you will find that I do indeed give the winner (Gauntlet, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out, Both Grey and Gold Zelda's, and I also stated that the winner gets more than that, including Miracle Piano, Cyberball,Etc.) You need to realize that my ad is EVERY GAME MADE under my decription as LICENSED & Endorsed by Nintendo, Inc. not by the fact that we see a gold seal of licesee on the front of the cart ... some of those games have since been banned as affiliated with Nintendo ... read up on it) or call Nintendo, Inc at 888-NES-GAME.
Nintendo NO LONGER acepts Tengen's Gauntlet, or RBI series, Pac-Man(T), because they won rights to have the patent pended to them, as well Nintendo, Inc won a few choice titles in the court case 1989-1991) and thus Gauntlet 2 was the only game Nintendo could add legally to their OFFICIAL LICENSE list. There are a dozen more games that have a LICENSE seal on them (some included in this) BUT will not appear on my list in order to stay true to the OFFICIAL list provided by Nintendo, INC. If you reall want to know more about WHY the dozen games are NOT considereda license game but still have a license logo on the front it all comes down to the legallity of their ability to do so. My ad also has PAL Stadium Events in the picture but the winner will get the NTSC (I have both and the winner will get both version ... hense I said bonus games that are not listed) I listed the title I just did not have my photographer take the NTSC picture instead of the NTSC which to me is minor. If it hurts the chances of a bidder hitting my auction then so be it. I listed the games and it is INTACT and even if you took a major title out it would still be most valuable in that all my games are in AWESOME Cosmedic condition while others you never really see much other than a snap shot picture of the LOAD of games stacked up. Anyway, the winner will be happy. God Bless !
So there you have it. Not the most eloquent fellow in the room, but all in all, he was too lazy to list everything.
