No clue about the GB stuff, but, beyond the scans you already have, nothing jumped out at me as far as NES and SNES titles go. Though, admittedly, my knowledge of unreleased SNES games isn't stellar. |

I've had a look through the Game Boy games and I can't seem to find any evidence of "Card Games" having come out. Could be wrong though.
All the others seem to have been released, although I might potentially have missed games that weren't released in the US but were released in another region. |
