If I was judging you by your face, I'd say, "Unless you're an actor or a chiptunist, give up the 80's glasses."
Regarding fascism, the whole Internet is fascist in some ways, my friend. We only like the group of people that we like. The majority of IRC channels or chat rooms govern with aspects of Fascism. ...It's just the word that we don't like to stamp on ourselves.
I don't like it either. So, since you're just giving astute criticism, I'll just respect your statement. |

That story about Captain Nintendo is incredible.
Republicanus, did you have a point here, or are you just trying to ruffle peoples' feathers for fun?

Rob, to address the points in order that you stated them:
What's the point? ...The point is that the Internet is a place of freedom governed by individual rule. Let's take me for example: If I truly was a dickhead who portrayed an image of selfishness, bigotry, and utmost ignorance, "Fascist" rule of this public forum (or many other public forums) could take it upon themselves to remove me quite easily. That's just the way things are.
My point is to take advantage of such freedoms within the individual boundaries provided.
Ruffling feathers for fun? For the enjoyment of the majority? Yes. Oh, yes. If there is a greater concern involving my statements or actions, I am more than willing to be subjugated to reason on an individual or general level. However, the comfort of the majority is my utmost concern, sir.
Have I addressed this properly? |

Personally, completely regardless of what he's saying, I'm just glad he changed his avatar. |

Since your incoherent bantering is (evidently, unbeknownst to you) resulting in the alienation of yourself and facilitating the derailment of the thread toward topics undesignated by the title, it must be noted it is confounding to even speculate any possible iota of fun benefitted by any individual at the annoyance/expense of other forum-goers. Ergo, it is hereby suggested you commence a discontinuance of said discourse in favor of the discussion intended by this forum, rather than your sociopolitical and pseudophilisophical commentaries, which are ungainly, unhelpful, self-serving, and wholely distracting to the intention of this media.
Your point, as I had formerly speculated toward and now conclude was my above-mentioned detail, is guised in the form of a freedom of expression, which you have failed to realise includes the repsonsibility of consequences of excercising said right. Said consequences should also be considered in a more astute fashion when taking into consideration the forum is privately moderated and is not a function of state or other government.
Now, I am no Democratanus, and I fully support the rights given to you by law, but let it be known toleration has its bounds, and moderators have been know to excersice authority in this matter when deemed necessary.
-Rob

You're alright, man.
And you're completely right about us getting back on topic. We should be talking about the Super Mario Bros. 2 American prototype and not a load of horse crap.
I was simply answering your question, sir. So, in effect, you are contributing to the perversion.
As for my political standpoint, you don't know me. And I really don't care if you want to know me or not. You don't know what "side" I'm on.
As for consequences, I'm fully aware of them and will take any and all responsibility for my statements or actions. (I'm also a long-time lurker of this forum and know about teh dramas.)
Edit: Per request by kap, I won't be talking about anything other than SMB2 on this thread. |

Ah, felt like it was essentially a meaningless post and/or invitation to get banned myself. But yeah, I don't think I've ever seen a ban as it happens.
So ah, yeah. How 'bout that Mario 2 without sclera? |
